RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Maes Kreationz  LLC Aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at maeskreationz@gmail.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Shipping Info:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. We ship in 3-5 business days including processing time. However, currently all mail carriers - USPS, UPS, and FedEx - are experiencing extreme shipping delays in processing facilities across the country because of COVID-19.

Wholesale Orders Will Be Shipped 5-7 Business Days after purchase depending on wholesale order.
